This author duo is my absolute favorite! I can’t help but
love everything they give us. This story was absolutely no different. Dex and
Bianca I have to say might be my favorite couple they have brought us though to
date.
Their meeting was unique, the elevator and the ride they
take with each other from that moment is a ride of a lifetime. I seriously couldn’t love these two
characters anymore than I already do. Dex has this side of him that he only lets
Bianca see when they are having the interview he originally missed after
meeting her in the elevator. The way he
lets Bianca gets to know him is unique and something I completely loved. It
might have been unconventional but everything about it was perfect for them.
There is a bit of a twist in the story that I didn’t know if
I was prepared for, if I wanted it, or if it was absolutely perfect for their
perfect storm of a story. I’m not going to say anything else because everyone
needs to read this absolutely perfect story that belongs to Bianca and Dex. Vi
and Penelope did an amazing job and I can’t wait for more that they bring us!
When going into Mister Moneybags I expected the book to be great, amazing even. I know that whatever these two authors come up with will be brilliant. I wasn't prepared for just how perfect this book would be. I was blown away by the depth and the amazing storyline of this book. It was a beautiful story and it had so much meaning.
This book just draws you in, from the start of the book where the characters first had a fun and hilarious encounter in the elevator to the perfect end of the story. It got me hooked to the story and I couldn't stop reading it. I was intrigued with how the story would turn out and I was feeling all kinds of anxious.
Dex was such an incredible character. He was mysterious and intriguing all at the same time. I watched his character unfold throughout the story until I got all of him. And ALL of him was perfect. He had a rough start but the things he did to make up for it made your heart swoon non stop. He knows how to treat a woman and boy did he treat Bianca incredible. The thing I loved most about Bianca is that she wasn't easily trusting. She was a tough girl and she knew how to handle herself. I thought it was perfect that she made Dex work for her. It made it so much sweeter with the way he would try to impress her.
Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward delivered a story that was beautifully painful and brilliant perfection. Mister Moneybags is a book that everyone is able to enjoy. The story doesn't want to let you go and you don't want it to end either.
